At Bran’s Diecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
